Do you offer free shipping in Hong Kong?
Yes. Standard shipping throughout Hong Kong is free.
How long does Hong Kong delivery take?
Estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days. Delivery may take longer during public holidays, peak periods, or circumstances outside our control.
Can I collect my order in store?
Yes. Free store pickup is available from Shop 618, Hopewell Mall, 15 Kennedy Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. Select Store Pickup when it is offered at checkout, and wait until your order is confirmed as ready before visiting the store.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is available for eligible destinations and orders. Available services and charges are shown in HKD at checkout after you enter your delivery address.
Can I return an item?
Yes. Eligible full-price items may be returned when you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, in their original condition, and have all original tags attached.
Approved change-of-mind returns are eligible for an exchange, subject to availability, or store credit. We do not provide cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method for change-of-mind returns.
Can I return a sale item?
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or you received the wrong item.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers pay return shipping for eligible change-of-mind returns. If an item is faulty or incorrect, contact us with your order number and clear photos; we will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover the reasonable return shipping cost.
How do I request a return?
Email cs@mylittlej.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item, the reason for the return, and your preferred exchange if applicable. Please wait for confirmation and instructions before returning the item.

Storefront and checkout prices are shown in Hong Kong dollars (HKD).
